Working with Gail was fantastic. She worked hard to find houses in our price range and with all the features we were looking for. She was patient with us and also had a complete understanding of what we were looking for. When we found a house that appeared so-so‚ she’d encourage us to keep looking until we found the right fit. She has a deep knowledge of home and was able to point out trouble areas with mold or water etc. This was very helpful. She was super easy to get in touch with. If we saw a house we liked on line‚ we’d send it to her an we would check it out. From searching to closing‚ Gail helped in every aspect. And was always around to answer questions via text.

The process of buying a new home can be extremely nerve-wracking and scary. I recently used Gail Miklos to sell my Co-op in Edison. I found her very responsible‚ personable and willing to meet to discuss staging my unit for the sale. Her tips and suggestions were very helpful. She kept in contact with me to check on my progress on staging the unit as well as keeping me informed as to how things were progressing. Whenever the unit would be shown‚ she would check with me in case there was a conflict on my end.
The right pictures were taken to show the unit and it’s amenities at their best. Listing all the perks in the community was also noted. The community being gated‚laundry facilities‚ pool‚ snow removal and the new children’s play area were noted. Also noted were important facts regarding Maintenance being responsible for replacing heating/air conditioning unit as a service included as part of the monthly maintenance fee. Plus‚the replacement of any double paned windows if they had a gas leak.
I would not hesitate to suggest Gail if a friend or family member was in the process of selling a home.
